Q: Does Make It Party set up all of the decorations?
A: Yes, we set it up. You (the customer ) will not need to do the set up. We will also return to breakdown the decorations after your party.
Q: Does Make It Party offer custom party themes?
A: No, presently we do not offer custom themes; however, please inquire about your interest so that this can be considered in the near future.
Q: Are there any travel fees, if so what are they?
A: Travel fees are already included in the $395 party price - this is for all parties within a 15 mile radius of our 75070 zip code.
Q: Does Make It Party have any tables or chairs available to rent?
A: No, presently, we do not offer any tables and chairs.
Q: How much space is needed for the set up?
A: Ceilings need to be minimum 8 ft. tall and the total width of the arch walls plus the balloon garland and floor prop is around 10 ft. in width.
Q: How does payment work?
A: We will send an invoice to remit payment in full in order to book.
Q: What forms of payments are accepted?
A: We accept most major credit cards and debit cards
Q: Can my party be set up upstairs?
Q: If I need to cancel is there any refund?
A: Cancellation Policy. If You wish to cancel the rental, the following cancellation fees apply:
8 or more days before the rental: full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost
4 to 7 days before the rental: 50% refund or rescheduling at no additional cost
3 days or less before the rental: no refund
We recommend rescheduling as an alternative to cancellation, if possible. Please contact MakeItPartyLLC to discuss rescheduling options.
Q: Can the decorations be set up outdoors?
A: Yes; however, outside weather plays a factor in how well the balloons will last and maintain their best color.
Q: Can we keep any of the decorations or products?
A: The balloons you can keep; otherwise, we will dispose of them. The rest of the party set up is for rent only, not to keep and not for sale.
